Looking for a vacation villa that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool with golf view, and sleeps up to 6 people? You’re in the luck! This could be the place for you.
Let’s start with the bedrooms:
* The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed, pool views, and an en-suite bathroom
* The second bedroom has 2 single-size beds
* And the third bedroom has two single-size beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family
All bedrooms have their own TV with Roku devices from where you can use all your favourite apps and subscriptions.
The kitchen has pool views, appliances including small appliances such as toaster, regular drip coffe maker and kettle. There's an island that doubles as a breakfast bar. It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils and more that you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat.
There's a coffee bar with a drip coffee machine and a K-cup machine for single-serve.
The living room has vaulted ceilings, two sofas and TV.
The pool area is screened in and has a private pool. Pool heating can be requested for an extra cost before arriving to the house.
There's sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, golf views, and a patio table and four chairs for those who want to relax around the pool with their favorite ice-cold beverage.

Location Description
This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
