The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed, pool views, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. And the third bedroom has two single beds in each. This home is ideal for a family with an older child and up to 2 younger children. The kitchen has been updated and has stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and new stylish tile flooring. It also comes fully equipped. The dining area has a classy-looking table and 6 chairs as well as views of the pool and bay window seating. The living room is very big and has vaulted ceilings, two brown sofas, a large flat screen TV, and a piano. There’s a laundry room in case you need to do a little mid-stay laundry. The pool area is awesome. It’s screened in to keep the bugs out, has golf course views, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, a spa, and a covered lanai with a table and four chairs, which are perfect for dining alfresco. There’s also a barbeque for you to use.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
