Property Description
With over 1,956 square feet of space, this single-level villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 8. The pool area is screened in to keep out those pesky Florida bugs. It also has sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, a spa, and a covered lanai with a patio table and 6 chairs underneath it. This is the perfect place to eat alfresco.
There are 4 bedrooms:
The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed. And the third and fourth bedrooms both have to single beds in each, which are great for the younger members of the family.
The kitchen is large and has modern appliances, a double sink, plenty of countertop space, and it comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. There are two living areas. The first living area has two sofas and an overstuffed armchair. The second living area has a sofa and TV.
When it’s time to eat, there’s a dining area with seating for up to 6 people.
The garage has a fan for warm days and has been converted into a games room with a pool table and foosball table. There are bicycles and fishing equipment for your use.
