This condo has 3bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, over 1,200 square feet of living space, and is less than 5 miles to Disney World! The living room is large and spacious. It has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, large windows that fill the room with natural light, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, which is perfect for watching all your favorite Disney movies on. The kitchen is galley-style, has modern appliances, and comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to put together your favorite meals. When it’s time to eat, you can do so around the dining area, which will seat up to six people, or at the breakfast bar.
There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has two single/twin beds, which are great for younger children. And the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
Unit is located in a second floor.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.
Community Description
In addition to the advantage of its great location, Villas at Somerset has the most sought-after amenities. The heated pool, spa and sauna are just a short stroll from any of the condos. A clubhouse, open until 11 PM, offers movie rentals, a pool table, tourist information and sundry shop. Weights and treadmills are in the exercise room. The roomy condos have well-equipped kitchens, making it easy to vacation on a budget without having to get every meal at an expensive restaurant. Having a washer and dryer is helpful for guests who want to pack light. Shopping for everyone and everything is readily available -- outlet centers, large malls, chic boutiques, grocery stores, souvenir shops, and even a 24-hour Wal-Mart Supercenter. Daily excursions to the theme parks, beaches or local attractions are easy from the centrally located Villas at Somerset. Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios are all within minutes. Wet `n Wild, Gatorland and Old Town Amusement Park are nearby.
