Retreat to the pool area of this beautiful, 4-bedroom Florida home, and enjoy the green backyard oasis with a private view of Lake Joe. The house is conveniently located between Legoland and Disney World in the sought-after Southern Dunes golf course! This gorgeous gated community is the perfect place to unwind, take early morning strolls through the neighborhood, and enjoy all that Florida has to offer. A bright beach-themed bedroom is located on the main floor with a gorgeous pool view. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage space, an on-suite bathroom, and overlooks the pool and Lake Joe. The Micky room and the Harry Potter room both have two single beds and share a bathroom. Enjoy the extra garage space which has been turned into a game room with a pool table and a foosball table. The pool can be heated during the cooler months for an extra cost of $35 a day. Please request this ahead of time so it will be ready upon your arrival. There is a safety fence around the pool. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful breakfast nook. Count on fast, reliable internet throughout the house. There is also a washer and dryer available for your use.
If you need a pack-and-play please let me know. There is a playground, a community pool, and tennis courts right on Lake Joe, just a two-minute walk from the house.
Everything you may need during your stay is only a minute’s drive away! There is a Walmart Supercenter within walking distance, located right by the entrance of Southern Dunes. Aldi and Winn-Dixie are also close by, as well as a pharmacy and a really cool Tractor Supply Store!
Also, just minutes away, are endless places to eat out such as Sonny’s BBQ, Dora’s Pizza, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Zaxby’s Buffalo Wings, as well as many chains such as KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Dairy Queen, and China Garden.
